With more than twenty-five years of experience serving in the C-Suite or in senior level positions, I understand the unique needs of multifamily communities. My experience with various property types and grades runs the gamut from new construction, Class A suburban garden style complexes, to older Class b and c, mid-rise and high-rise buildings in urban settings and everything in between. Throughout my career, I have overseen single asset holdings to multi-state portfolios of more than thirty-thousand units both creating and/or enlarging portfolios. I have started businesses and acquired or managed properties from the initial assessment and addressing of basic critical needs, through the establishment of the corporate culture and long-term growth plans. These experiences have instilled in me a deep understanding of the way real estate businesses operate, and what is necessary to make an organization successful.
